KIM DAVIDSON
Owner of The Aerobics and Fitness Studio, Kim learned, from a very young age, the importance of being active. She grew up participating in many different sports but focused primarily on competitive Sailing and Tennis throughout her school years. She also enjoys snow skiing and backpacking. Kim has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1985, is a respected national educator, and a former Master Instructor for AFAA. She holds many internationally recognized fitness certifications, including:

Kim is a Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) Ambassador. She is BoneFit trained and has developed two programs in her quest to help spread awareness about Osteopenia, Osteoporosis, Sarcopenia, and Safe and Effective Exercise Strategies to maintain and build strong bone health.

Kim has trained clients, taught classes, and presented educational programs throughout the United States and also in Europe. Kim's motto is "If you're going to do something, do it right, or don't do it at all". With that in mind, she makes it a point to educate her clients to help them understand "why" they are doing what they are doing. She knows each client is unique and works hard to tailor every workout session to their specific goals and physical needs.
Kim has trained a wide variety of clients but her primary focus is working with people who are seeking:
